Ebro Ahmed, 27, was taking a break from work in St. Paul when he spotted a moving school bus whose driver appeared to be having a seizure. He ran aboard through the open doors and pulled the parking brake, reportedly saving 18 students and their driver, then stayed to help until paramedics arrived.

Ahmed’s intervention shows how one person’s attention and courage can protect strangers when they urgently need help.
