A city can help its neighbours recover: Bangkok’s districts join forces to clear over 10,000 tonnes of flood waste
Reported by Bangkok Post
Publisher date:

Bangkok has collected approximately 10,686 tonnes of post-flood rubbish as waters recede, expanding its “Buddy District” cleanup effort from three districts to 12. Bulky waste removal in the Kheha Rom Klao housing area was reported about 90% complete, though damaged household goods continue to emerge.
Bangkok’s district teams show how shared effort can turn an overwhelming cleanup into measurable recovery, even while further work remains.
